What are the payment options available?
We have online payment and payment-on-delivery options available. For all bookings, a minimum of 50% deposit of the total amount has to be paid online. Paying the total amount online has 100% assured booking?
2. Can you please clarify the cancellation process?
You can cancel your booking by sending us an email or by calling us on our customer care number (832) 713-1650. We will be sending you a confirmation mail to which you need to reply to confirm cancellation.
3. What is your Change Policy?
The Woodlands VIP Limo requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 3 hours prior to pick-up. Change orders are dependent on vehicle availability and will be charged extra. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.
4. Are your cars non-smoking?
All of our cars are non-smoking.
5. Do your drivers accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards in all of our cars.
6. Do you provide car seats for children under 3 and if so, what is the fee?
Yes, we provide car seats for 1 month to 6 year old (2 maximum) and it is absolutely free!
7. What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier in case of late arrival. After this time we will try our best to transfer you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not possible. For the late or early arrival (more than 1 hour) please call us ASAP or send us a message in (832) 713-1650.
8. How much luggage am I allowed in the car?
This is depends on the seating capacity. We won't charge extra for luggage.
9. Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before?
You must confirm your departure 24 hours in advance to make sure that all information concerning flight times, airport and pick-up address are correct.
10. Can I instruct the Chauffeur to take an alternative route to my destination?
Our rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency.If you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route or different address, our hourly rates and minimum will apply, plus applicable fees.
11. Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur?
Cancellations and changes are accepted by email (springviplimo@gmail.com) and phone (832) 713-1650 only.
If you want to modify your order after pick up have the driver/guide call the bookings office.
12. How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
